Privacy Policy

In order to register for a booking form and to gain access to our message board area, you will be asked to submit personal information about yourself.

The information provided will only be used by www.pagancamp.org.uk for the purpose of organising Pagan Camps and facilitating communication between Pagan Camp guests. Personal information will not be published outside this site, distributed or sold to any third party.

The following information will automatically be made public on our people page:

Username (not real name)
Location
What you wish to contribute to camp
What you wish others to contribute
Whether you have come to previous camps
Whether you have booked to come to the next camp

If you do not wish these details to be made public, please do not register.

We will, on occassion, use your personal details to send you email updates relating to Pagan Camp activities, or to remind you of your username and password.

Once registered with us we will activate your password and username so that you may access our message boards. To keep you logged on for the extent of your session, we will upload a cookie onto your computer. A cookie is a text file that identifies your computer to our server. This will be deleted automatically when you log out or leave the site.

Users have the opportunity to set their computers to accept or reject cookies. To access our message boards you must adjust your settings to accept cookies, unless they are already configured to do so. To view your cookie settings in Internet Explorer, go to Internet Options in the Tools menu, and select the Privacy tab.

On entering the message board area, you will be able to view personal details of other guests. On submitting your registration at Pagan Camp, you are agreeing to use the information within the message board area in a responsible manner, without infringing the privacy and rights of other users.

If you wish us to remove your personal information from our records, please email us at info@pagancamp.org.uk and your details will be deleted from our systems.

If you are aged 16 or under, please get your parent/guardian's permission beforehand whenever you provide personal information to Pagan Camp. Users without this consent are not allowed to provide us with personal information.
